Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards including, VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.
Insurance
We participate with most major insurance plans according to the conditions of your plan. Please call us and let us know which particular insurance plan you are on and we will be happy to work with you.
Please be prepared to present your insurance card and a valid form of ID.
Please let the office know in advance if there are any changes to your Insurance plan.
